What care covers

Hosting
On infrastructure we choose and manage, rather than resold to you with a markup and a shrug when it breaks.
Monitoring
Checked around the clock. If it goes down, we find out before your customers do.
Backups
Taken, kept off the server, and restored on a test rather than assumed to work.
Updates
Dependencies, certificates and platform versions kept current before any of them becomes an outage.
Security
Headers, forms and access reviewed on a schedule, not after somebody reports something.
Changes
Small ones are simply done. Anything bigger is quoted before it starts, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Reporting
A short note on what changed, what broke and what we fixed. In words, not a dashboard you will never open.
A person
Somebody who knows your build and answers you. Not a ticket number and a first-response target.

Domains, hosting and email

Domain registration
Registered in your name, on your account, with the renewal date in our calendar as well as yours. A domain that lapses because nobody was watching takes the email down with it.
Business email and Google Workspace
You on your own domain instead of a free address, with the mailboxes, the shared drive and the calendars set up for your team. We move the existing mail across and nothing is lost in the move.

Domain, hosting, email and the site in one place. You should never be the person working out which of four suppliers broke it.
